As Chief Wildling, she won't rest until we've created a better world where entrepreneurial artists and creative small businesses can flourish.

Chief Creative, Co-founder

Lucas brings over 20 years of entertainment and music industry experience to Wildfire and serves as an expert creative contributor, a thoughtful connector, and a diligent relationship manager. As Chief Creative, Lucas won't rest until there are more beautiful, mind-blowing creative projects pushed out into the world.

Chairman, Co-founder

Tom brings invaluable experience building and selling companies in the venture capital realm to the team at Wildfire, as well as his own creative pursuits. In addition to two wildly successful exits of his own, he is now the Co-founder of super{set}, a start-up studio that founds, funds, and builds technology start-ups.

To honor his parents, Tom also co-founded the Chavez Family Foundation, which invests in non-profit projects at the intersection of education, immigration, and entrepreneurship.

General Manager, Creative

Jonathan joins Wildfire as General Manager, Creative after more than 2 decades of music and entertainment industry experience with a focus on bringing creativity, structure and strategy to even the most non-traditional artistic endeavors. Among Jonathan's many ambitions is the curation of a creative community — artists, thinkers, entrepreneurs — who will support and facilitate each others’ wildest ideas.

Project Manager

Emily is a proactive project manager who brings a high level of energy and attention to detail to the team. She also provides administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Creative Officer so that Wildfire launches creative projects successfully.
